Spotless, modern units provided with a heater, view of the gondolas going past, a nice view. Stunning and lovely location to a wide canal. The hotel next to a theatre and a palace.

The staff and accommodations were exceptional. Consistently went out of their way to impress and help out whenever possible. I highly recommend staying here. Location is a bit off the path but I feel that is what makes it a little more special.

hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful and responsive. the location is in walking distance to all tourist attractions. free wifi access. breakfast is nice.
would appreciate if the room would come with hot water boiler for making tea. can improve the quality of the bed and if it can spray less artificial fragrance to the room that would be more enjoyable.

Location is very good for sight seeing and shopping. Water bus stop is also not so far from the hotel.
It is better to have shower curtain.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They upgraded us to a canal view which was amazing. The breakfast was the best we had in our 4 hotel stay. Could not believe this was rated a 3 star hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Word of advice, take a water taxi to the hotel. It's right on the canal. We carried our luggage from St. Marks and even though it was only a few minutes away it was hard to roll the luggage up and down the bridges. If your decide to take the water bus make sure you ask for directions before you arrive. It's kind of hard to find. The hotel supplied us with the best map of Venice so be sure to ask for one. You will definitely need it! Take a water taxi back to the airport. It was worth the 125.00 Euro's!

We loved chilling on the roof terrace with a drink and enjoying the amazing views. Plus, being right next to the canal was super romantic!

Hotel was clean and quirky with gentle staff and favourable location is centrally located next to the big attractions. The food for breakfast was good, we got toast, breads and cheese. The service was all in all great. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too: )

Loved location and nice hotel.
Breakfast was terribly quality and too many people were in there. We had to wait for table which was ok, but then when people left we had to clear our own table as no one was around to assist

Although we had a late arrival the receptionist was very helpfull and took care of a quick check-inn. Our room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was simple but good. Just over the bridge, so next to the hotel lies a very good restaurant. The next morning it only took us 5 minutes to the San Marco square. Finnally, if you can afford it, take a private taxi-boat from the airport to the hotel. For € 110 you are there within 30 minutes. Your stay in Venice cann't start better!

Perfect location at a very good price. Only a few minutes from San Marco. Well prepared for Acqua Alta with lots of wellies available. Reception had up to 15cms of water for a few hours on our last day. It was not possible to get outside , even with wellies. 100% of the town was water free for most of the time.
Would advise anyone visiting Venice to check the location of their hotel and high water forecasts. Wellies are not sufficient for the highest tides. Even the water taxis are unable to get down the smaller canals due to the low bridges

Perfect location for family fun!
The room was super nice with a view of the gondolas, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the front desk, he gave us great tips on rides and the area. Plus, the bar area was nice for winding down after. Just a bit noisy at night with street sounds.
